Cancellation more than 30 days before the tour start date:

Full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before the tour start date:

10% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 15 days before the tour start date:

No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by the company:

In case the company cancels the tour for any unforeseen reason, a full refund will be provided or an alternative tour will be offered at no extra cost.

Changes or cancellations of specific activities within the itinerary:

Some activities may be non-refundable once booked, such as private tours or external excursions.

Late arrival or no-show

If the client is late or fails to show up for the tour, no refund will be given.

Force Majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.):

The company may provide a partial or full refund based on the policies in place during emergencies.
